Terms of Use
These terms explain how you may use Despace websites, apps and services. By using them you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
Despace (“we”, “us”) makes creative software, including VectorSpace, PhotoSpace and ActBoard. These terms apply to all of our products and websites unless a product has its own terms.
2. Your account
You need an account to use some features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up
- Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account
- Do not share your account with people outside your plan
3. Using our services
You may use our services only in line with these terms and with the law. You agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt or attempt to break our services
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Use our services to harm, harass or deceive others
- Reverse engineer parts of the software except where the law allows it
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to sync files between your devices or to show a shared review link.
5. Plans, prices and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices shown include applicable taxes where stated. Introductory prices apply to new subscribers for the period described on the plan page, after which the regular price applies.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Refund eligibility is described on the plans page.
6. Trials
A free trial lets you try a paid plan for a limited time. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and you will be charged. We email you before this happens.
7. Our intellectual property
The Despace name, logos, software and website content belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them except as needed to use the services.
8. Smart assistants
Some features use automated assistants to suggest or generate content. Review results before you rely on them. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
9. Changes to the services
We may update, add or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and explain your options.
10. Warranties and liability
We provide the services “as is” and work hard to keep them reliable, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Ending your use
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it. We will give notice where we can.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where our company is registered, and courts there will decide disputes, unless the law of your country gives you other rights.
