Unless noted, the content on Despace websites is protected by copyright and owned by Despace or its licensors.
2. Trademarks
Despace, CreativeSpace, DMAX, VectorSpace, PhotoSpace, ActBoard, PdfSpace and EffectSpace and their logos are trademarks of Despace. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you without our written permission.
3. Using our logos and screenshots
You may use our logos and screenshots to refer to our products in news articles, tutorials and reviews, as long as you do not change them or imply a partnership.
4. Reporting copyright concerns
If you believe content on our services infringes your copyright, send us a notice that includes:
- Your name and contact details
- A description of the work and where to find the content
- A statement that you believe the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
